Warranty

We offer a limited warranty covering all defects in workmanship or materials.

This warranty remains in force for one year from the date of purchase.

Any indication of abnormal or abusive use will void this warranty. Our warranty does not cover freeze damage within the frames.

Where there is a defect, Carrick Cooperage will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. We will pay the freight to and from the factory during the warranty period.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, you must contact us by email within 7 days of purchase requesting a returns number.

Refunds are given on the understanding that the purchase price will be refunded in full, but not the cost of returning the item.
